Children's Ministry
Whatever their age, children experience God in a fun way each Sunday morning at Pursuit.
Nursery
Infants through age 2 may be dropped off at our nursery before the service begins. Volunteers from Pursuit will tenderly care for your little ones, ensuring to follow any special instructions you may have.
Preschool
Children ages 3-4 are invited to join their parents for worship time at the beginning of the service. Before the sermon begins, our preschoolers are dismissed to a class designed especially for them. This active, hands-on experience includes stories, crafts, music, and dramatic play.
Elementary
After joining their parents for the worship time at the beginning of the service, our elementary kids are dismissed to a fun, interactive class designed to help them go deeper in God's Word.
Young Adults Ministry
The young adults at Pursuit are a diverse, friendly and active part of the church family. From community service projects, to movie nights, to in-depth Bible studies, our young adults strive to live authentically, to love unconditionally, and to serve whole-heartedly. If you have any questions or want to be put on our events email list, please contact Naomi at naomi.schalm@gmail.com.
Women's Ministry
Each month the women of Pursuit enjoy a Saturday morning prayer breakfast that is held in one of our member’s homes. The food is always great, but the company is even better. As we come together before the Lord, bringing our global concerns, the needs of our fellowship, and our personal requests, He builds love and community as only God can.
"Bear one another's burdens, and thus fulfill the law of Christ." - Galatians 6:2
Community Outreach Ministry
Our mission is to build bridges between our church and the surrounding community by hosting creative events, performing acts of mercy and service, as well as equipping each member of Pursuit to be an active, “builder of bridges” within our community and greater city. We believe this is the essence of what Jesus was communicating to His disciples when He said, “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another” (John 13:35).
